Keir Starmer: I will step down if I'm fined

Sir Keir Starmer says that he will step down if he is issued a fixed penalty notice for breaching Covid lockdown ruleds last year.

In a press conference, Starmer said: "The British public deserve politicians who think the rules apply to them and hold themselves to the highest standards".
