Centre tells SC that its has decided to reconsider and re-examine the Sedition Law | OneIndia News

The Central government told the Supreme Court on Monday that is has decided to reconsider and re-examine the provisions of Sedition Law i.e.

Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code.

The centre also requested the apex court to not take up the Sedition case till the matter is examined by the Central Government.
