PM paints portrait of Queen as Tory councils fall across UK

Prime Minister Boris Johnson joins a class of schoolchildren in South Ruislip as they paint portraits of the Queen for the Platinum Jubilee, commenting that his piece is a collaboration and more "school of Rembrandt".

As the Conservatives lose flagship councils in much of London, Johnson puts the finishing touches to his picture and shares facts about Queen Elizabeth II with the youngsters.
