PM: I bitterly regret Allegra Stratton resignation

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he "bitterly regrets" and is "very sad" about his former Press Secretary Allegra Stratton's resignation for joking about parties at Downing Street.

Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer reminds him that he was "furious at her behaviour" and that the PM said "it was the right thing to do" when other resigned for breaking the rules.
