Cressida Dick: Accusations of loyalty first 'outrageous'

Outgoing Met Police Commissioner Cressida Dick claims the police are "not defensive" before labelling suggestions the Met puts loyalty to officers over integrity as "outrageous" and "preposterous".

She adds that it is an "easy and slack" thing to suggest and comes from people who "don't know what they're talking about".
