Javid: PM did not compare Brexit to Ukraine war
Health Secretary Sajid Javid has defended Boris Johnson's recent comments in which he appeared to liken Ukrainians' fight for freedom to Britons voting for Brexit.
Javid insisted the prime minister was making a "general point" about the "desire for self-determination" and stressed in no way was he comparing Brexit to the war in Ukraine.
