After months of massive surge in COVID infection rates, mainly driven by the fast spreading Omicron variant, cases are now plummeting in Africa.
According to UN, COVID cases have dropped in Africa and Coronavirus related deaths have also declined since the fourth wave of the virus reached its peak.
