SC to hear Haridwar hate speech matter | Kapil Sibal raises PIL | Oneindia News
India's top court will take up the Haridwar hate speech matter after a petition was raised in court by senior lawyer and Congress leader Kapil Sibal.
At a dharam sansad in Haridwar in December, calls were made to Hindus to take up weapons and genocide was publicly condoned by religious leaders.
