Johnson apologises to Israeli minister excluded from COP26

Boris Johnson apologises to Israeli Energy Minister Karine Elharrar who was unable to participate in the first full day of COP26 on Monday because of a disability access issue.

Speaking to her at a bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, he say he is "very sorry" about the "confusion" on the previous day.
