North Korea's state media release images of its submarine-launched ballistic missile

The UN Security Council called an emergency meeting after North Korea said it successfully test-fired a new ballistic missile from a submarine.

However, experts say in order for this system to be a real operational threat, North Korea has to demonstrate the ability to keep those submarines safe.
