A high-level delegation of Congress leaders on Wednesday met President Ram Nath Kovind and urged him to dismiss Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra Teni whose son was arrested in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case; The Pakistani terrorist arrested by Delhi Police's Special Cell on Tuesday had conducted recce at various sites in the national capital, sources told news agency ANI.
