'Kick the can down the road': Why debt issue is far from over

CNN’s Manu Raju says that while the Senate has agreed on a deal that will temporarily raise the US debt ceiling preventing the country from defaulting on its debts, lawmakers will find themselves in the exact same position come December when the deal ends.
