Patel will 'turn back the boats' and make no apologies

Home Secretary Priti Patel promises at the Conservative Party Conference to "turn back the boats" and that she won't make any "apologies" for keeping the country safe.

Stressing the safety of France, she says there is "no reason" any asylum seeker should come directly from France to England.
