PM criticises Sadiq Khan's plans to charge London motorists

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has criticised Sadiq Khan's plans to charge a £5.50 levy to drive in Greater London.

He said the approach of the Labour Mayor of London is always to "clobber motorists", adding he had not handled TfL's finances well.
