This country vaccinated over 65% of its population. So why are cases rising?

Chile seemed to have done everything right in its fight against Covid-19 at the beginning – acquiring vaccines, implementing lockdowns and mobilizing its health system.

More than 65 percent of people in Chile have been fully vaccinated, yet infections and hospitalizations keep rising.
