Labour respond to reports of foreign travel considerations

Chair of the Labour Party Anneliese Dodds has said that "there are issues of fairness" following recent reports which say that the government is considering allowing double vaccinated people to avoid quarantine on their return from amber list countries - but testing will still be required.
