Spring Tide Season 2 Trailer HD - Olivia Rönning and Abbas el Fassi are affected by two gruesome murders that have been committed in two different cities: Marseille and Stockholm.

As they are each pulled into their respective cases, lines start to get blurred when it appears that the two cases may be connected… After returning home from a break in Mexico, Olivia (Julia Ragnarsson – Midsommar, The Bridge Season 2, Wallander) is keen to surprise her mom who she hasn’t spoken to since the Beach Case has been solved.

As she passes by Bengt Sahlman’s house - one of their long-time neighbours –, she bumped into Sandra, Bengt’s 17 years old daughter, running out of the house in panic.

Olivia rushes into the house but it’s already too late: Bengt is dead.

This becomes the prelude to Olivia’s involvement in young Sandra’s fate, which strangely echoes her own.

As the police quickly determine that Bengt didn’t commit suicide, the case lands on Mette (Cecilia Nilsson – Modus, Morden, Wallander)’s desk.

Meanwhile in Marseille, the corpse of an unidentified, dismembered woman is all over the news.

Upon reading the French dailies, Abbas (Dar Salim – Trapped, The Bridge Season 2, Borgen) immediately recognized the woman in question.

He decides to go straight to Marseille to uncover what happened to the love of his life and ask Stilton (Kjell Bergqvist – 30 Degrees in February, Bäckström TV series) to accompany him.

Loosely based on the novel Third Voice, which is the second instalment in the Rönning/Stilton series written by Swedish duo Rolf and Cilla Börjlind, SPRING TIDE Season 2 follows our favourite duo as they join forces once again.
