Glasgow to see ease of Covid restrictions from Saturday

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed Glasgow will move from Level Three to Level Two Covid restrictions - inline with much of mainland Scotland.

However, she warned the country's R number was "almost certainly" above 1 l eading to a rise in infections due to the so-called Indian variant.
