Do You Dare? World's Longest Suspension Footbridge Opens
This is the world's longest suspension footbridge.
The newly completed 516 Arouca Bridge in Portugal is situated 175 m (574 ft) above the river Paiva, in the UNESCO-recognised Arouca Geopark.
The bridge has a span of 516 metres is 1.2 metres wide and consists of 127 metal railing trays suspended by steel cables.
The 516 Arouca bridge opened May, 2021.
