Kickstart would take 22 years to fully rollout, says Labour

Labour have criticised the government's £2 billion job scheme after the party claim it "would take 22 years to fully roll out".

The Kickstart scheme aims at helping young people into work following fears that a generation could be left behind as a result of the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
