Canceling $50,000 in Student Debt Per Borrower Would Wipe Out 84 Percent of Student Debt

If the Biden administration decides to cancel $50,000 in student debt per borrower, more than 36 million people would be freed from student loans.

This would mean he would cancel up to 84 percent of student debt.
