Watch: IAF inducts LBVPs that can withstand bullet & grenade attacks
The Indian Air Force has inducted Light Bulletproof Vehicles (LBVPs) for enhancing its airbases’ security.
The vehicles weigh 6-tonnes and can withstand bullet and grenade attacks, as per reports.
The vehicles can carry six Garud commandos or Quick Reaction Team members and would help in countering any terrorist attack.
