‘780 deaths due to Covid in last 24 hours’: Health Minister Harsh Vardhan

Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that the country has seen 780 deaths due to Covid in the last 24 hours.

The recovery rate has also come down to 91.22%.

The Union Health Minister said that 149 districts have not seen a case of COVID in last 7 days, 8 districts have not seen a case in last 14 days, 3 districts have not seen a case in last 21 days, 63 districts have not seen a case in last 28 days.

‘Right now 0.46% of the active critical patients are on ventilators, 2.31% are in ICU and 4.51% are on oxygen-supported beds.

Our fatality rate continues to come down,’ the health minister said.
