(WTHI) - Thursday is Holocaust Remembrance Day.

It marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.

The nazi regime murdered 6- million jewish people.

The candles holocaust museum in terre haute is dedicated to teaching people about the holocaust.

It's founder -- eva kor -- survived the twin experiments at auschwitz.

Staff members want to carry on her legacy of education and forgiveness.

Educate themselves on how we can get along with other people and make the world a better place.
