Theft case of mobile phones worth Rs 33 lakh solved, 4 arrested

Solving the theft cases of around 356 mobile phones worth Rs 33 lakh, Delhi Police has nabbed the main accused Atul and Govind along with the two receivers of stolen phones.

The accused Atul disclosed that he has been working with Blue Line Logistics Company for the last two years and he had some pending dues from Blueline logistics.

So, he made a plan along with his associates Govind and Pawan to steal Mobile phones from the said Company.

During the course of the Investigation IMEI numbers of stolen mobile phones were put on observation and the help of the technical surveillance team was also taken to establish the identity of culprits and after continuous efforts of the team, some of the stolen mobile phones were found running in village Rajokri New Delhi.

During the course of the investigation one accused namely Govind was apprehended and total 159 mobile phones were recovered from his possession.

On the instance of the accused Govind the other co-accused Atul was also apprehended and 125 stolen mobile phones were recovered from his possession.

Two receivers of the stolen phones Bhagwan Das and Ram Prakash were also arrested on their instance.
