Disaster preparedness training program organised at Kashmir University

A three-day long disaster preparedness training program was held at Kashmir University.

The program was organised in collaboration with State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF), and the Department of Geography, Kashmir University.During the workshop, various topics on disaster management, preparedness, prevention and mitigation were discussed.

Activities on providing first aid during emergencies, basic life support, mock drill on fire fighting, and evacuation were also conducted.
