Birmingham 2022 to be first carbon neutral Commonwealth Games
Birmingham 2022 organisers have announced plans to deliver the first ever carbon neutral Commonwealth Games next year.
Plans include the creation of a 2022-acre forest and 72 smaller urban forests to represent each nation or territory competing in the Games.
