Cincinnati man taking Kentucky to small claims court over unpaid jobless benefits

Brandon Keller felt like he had just two choices after months with no one to help him access $12,000 in unemployment benefits he says he earned: sue the state of Kentucky all by himself, or possibly face homelessness.
