Watch: Indo-China war hero now forced to drive auto rickshaw in Hyderabad

An ex-serviceman, who was a star medal awardee during the India-China war, now drives an autorickshaw in Hyderabad for a living.

Sheikh Abdul Kareem, participated in the India-China war and was posted in Lahaul area.

He has now urged the government to provide a house to ex-servicemen who fought to defend the country.

โ€˜Despite winning a good service medal, I have not even received any sort of pension or any financial support from the government.

I also request the central government to financially support ex-servicemen who are in need of help,โ€™ Kareem said.
