TN Assembly polls: 'PM Modi must respect every language, culture', says Rahul Gandhi

Ahead of the Assembly polls in Tamil Nadu, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is effectively campaigning in several cities of the state.

He conducted a massive road show in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu on February 28.

During his rally, Rahul Gandhi said, "Prime Minister Narendra Modi says India has 1 culture, 1 history and 1 language.

Is Tamil history not Indian history or Tamil culture not Indian culture?

India has multiple cultures, history and languages." "The PM must respect every language and culture," he added.
