Youngest children to return to schools from Monday in Wales

Children in Wales aged between three and seven - those in the foundation phase - will be allowed to return to school from Monday.

First Minister of Wales Mark Drakeford made the announcement this afternoon as he cautiously outlined how restrictions may be lifted in the coming weeks.
