Matt Hancock says lockdown lifting will be 'cautious'
Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said that while the situation is "heading in the right direction", the government will continue to monitor the data to "take steps which are cautious and irreversible".
He made the remarks on a visit to a vaccine trial at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
