Heathrow travellers give opinion on new quarantine rules

Passengers at Heathrow Airport today gave their reaction to the government’s new quarantine rules which will come into force on the 15th of February.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced yesterday that people returning to England from 33 "red list" destinations would have to pay £1,750 to quarantine for 10 days in Government-designated hotels.
