There will be three-hour long 'chakka jaam' will transpire outside Delhi on February 06, informed Bhartiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait.

"There will be a three-hour long 'chakka jaam' on 6th Feb.

It won't take place in Delhi but everywhere outside Delhi.

The people that will be stuck in it will be given food and water.

We will tell them what the Government is doing with us," BKU leader told mediapersons at Ghazipur border.
