Violence captured on camera in Punjab's Jalalabad as alleged Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal workers clashed outside the tehsil office.
Akali Dal candidates were allegedly stopped from filing nominations.
Stones were pelted at a car reportedly belonging to Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal.
A party worker allegedly suffered a bullet injury in the melee.
