J&J COVID-19 vaccine 66% effective globally
Johnson & Johnson announced Friday that its single-dose vaccine was 66% effective globally in preventing COVID-19, and 72% effective in the United States.
The company plans to seek emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration next week.
