PM defends Covid response amid border criticism
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has defended his response to the coronavirus pandemic, despite criticism that he should have closed the border earlier.
Mr Johnson said that Britain now has one of the toughest border regimes in the world, which was designed to stop people bringing the virus into the country.
