Two dead as explosion rocks central Madrid

At least two people have died in a blast in a building in Madrid after anapparent gas leak, the city’s mayor has said.

Rescue teams, firefighters andpolice are working in a central area of Spain's capital following theexplosion that witnesses described as “extremely loud”.
