Sri Lankan Navy arrests 9 Tamil Nadu fishermen
9 fishermen were apprehended along with one boat by Srilankan Navy near Delft Island on the night of January 09.
Fishermen were fishing in the Palk Bay, located between southeast coast of India and Sri Lanka.
Fishermen and the seized trawlers have been handed over to the Kankesandurai Naval Camp for further investigation.
