63 militants belonging to banned outfits lay down arms in Guwahati

63 militants belonging to several banned outfits have laid down arms before Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on December 21 in Guwahati.

The arms laying ceremony was held in Guwahati.

The militants joined the mainstream by handing over their arms and ammunitions.
