Jury member in the breonna taylor case is speaking out.

L3: abc 36 news white 3rd grand juror in breonna taylor case speaks out that jurors says she believes the investigation into taylor's death was incomplete and that prosecutors wanted to give police quote: "a slap on the wrist."

She is the third grand juror to speak anonymously about the proceedings in september that led to no charges being filed taylor's killing.

The grand juror says she believes the officers should have faced charges.

She also says she came forward because she wanted taylor's family to know she didn't support
