Early snow impact on farmers

The early snowfall over the weekend has thrown a wrench into the fall harvest... and corn prices are up.

It is a sellers market with cash corn prices rising.

What's more, the corn on some minnesota farms is dryer than usual.

So the cost of drying it out is signficantly lower.

The corn harvest is roughly 50?

Some growers, though, will remain in the fields with their combines for a few weeks.
