Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha met family of slain BDC chairman Bhupinder Singh from Khag area of Budgam on October 06.
Manoj Sinha visited his home and expressed his condolences.
Bhupinder Singh was shot dead by terrorists in Budgam on September 23.
