Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on September 15 briefed members of Lok Sabha about the India-China border issues.

He said that India has told China through diplomatic channels that the attempts to unilaterally alter the status quo were in violation of the bilateral agreements.

"We have told China through diplomatic channels that the attempts to unilaterally alter the status quo were in violation of the bilateral agreements," said Rajnath in Lok Sabha in the second day of the Monsoon Session.
