What To Do If Your Own Child Is A Bully
To be a parent of a mean, bullying child can be devastating.
After all, people feel sorry for the victim, not the bully.
But according to HuffPost, child development experts say bullying behavior can be nipped in the bud, if handled correctly.
First, remember that empathy isn't highly developed in children.
As such, they may not understand the harm they're doing to others.
Second, work with the child to develop their empathy through stories and role-play.
Empathy must be taught, and taught well.
