Breonna taylor boyfriend demands justice

Demanding justice... filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit.... months after she was shot to death by police in her own home.

This as taylor's ex boyfriend alleges prosecutors offered him a plea deal to "smear" taylor after her death.

In the lawsuit, walker claims despite his desperate cries..

"no one came" as taylor died.

Walker says shortly before..he and the 26 -year-old emt worker were asleep when police broke down the door on a no knock warrant..and that in self-defense he fired a shot.

Officers fired back..and taylor..caught in the middle..was hit five times.

One officer was shot in the leg.

Police initially charged walker with attemped murder, but those charges were later dropped..walker's nats protest since taylor's death..protestors across the nation have been demanding justice..

Calling for the officers arrests.

Meantime taylor's ex boyfriend--who was the subject of that no-knock warrant--is speaking out from jail... claiming louisville prosecutors offered him a plea deal if he would implicate breonna in his ongoing drug case.

The prosecutors office denies breonna was ever a co-defendent in the case saying..."the plea sheet that sam aguiar posted on facebook was a draft that was part of pre- indictment plea negotiations with mr. glover and his attorney.

Those drafts were never part of the court record and are not court documents."
