Security guard accused of fatally shooting 25-year-old woman at Indianapolis apartment complex

While police officers and neighborhood advocates in Indianapolis give condolences to the loved ones of a 25-year-old woman shot to death in a local housing complex, they do not want the recent killings at the Towne and Terrace complex to overshadow the positive work being accomplished.
