Seven people were shot on a basketball court outside the dunbar community center in lexington on sunday night.
According to lexington police, some witnesses claim it was a drive-by shooting after someone in a car went by and opened fire on people on the court.
Other witnesses are telling investigators someone walked up to the court and opened fire.
Police say it happened around 9:00 p.m.

Investigators say one of the victim's was in critical condition.
No names were released.
Police say six of the seven shooting victims were taken by private vehicle to area hospitals.
A group of about a hundred people gathered at the capitol on sunday to let their voices be heard against human trafficking and child sex trafficking.
People brought signs -- and two nonprofits helping fight trafficking set up booths to raise money.
One speaker -- a simpsonville woman who is a survivor of trafficking... says it all started with abuse as a child...now she uses her story for good.
She says kentucky needs more support...therapy... safe housing...and understanding.
Kentucky attorney general daniel cameron says he's received a key piece of evidence in the breonna taylor case...but he says it's not enough to make a decision right away about whether or not to convict the officers involved in her death.
Cameron says the f-b-i has sent him a long-awaited ballistics report.
Experts have said that report is likely one of the main pieces of evidence that'll help cameron decide whether to prosecute the three officers that had a part in the shooting.
Cameron says the new report isn't the "end all be all"...there's more analysis needed and his team is still interviewing witnesses...but he says people should be confident in
