NY Restaurant Owners Propose Safe Reopening Plan to Cuomo
New York restaurants are proposing a plan to safely reopen businesses for indoor dining.
The proposal also calls on Gov.
Cuomo to address several needs in the restaurant industry including eliminating sub-minimum wage for tipped workers and authorization to charge customers a reopening surcharge.
