Road Construction in Baramulla to improve connectivity in Kashmir valley

With several reforms are underway after Jammu and Kashmir received the Union Territory status, Government has taken another initiative in developing a 5.25 km road from NH-1A 46th Delina to Singhpora in Baramulla district of North Kashmir.

This developmental process of road construction is being executed under Prime Minister Grameen Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) at the cost of rupees 443.65 lacs .

The Union Territory administration has taken this step under Pradhan Mantri Gram SadakYojna (PMGSY) scheme, benefitting the people living in rural area in commuting.

Local residents of the area thanked the government of India, and government of Jammu and Kashmir for the developmental process.
